In-Person Consultation

Service Description

A legal consultation is an in-person meeting for one hour with an experienced attorney to discuss your particular family law, estate planning, or succession matter. The attorney will first ask you questions to obtain relevant information and will then provide a legal analysis and a plan of action. The Attorney will also provide information on flat rates for family law or estate planning services and hourly rates for succession matters. This consultation may also serve as a second opinion if you are currently involved in litigation. While this consultation itself does not create an attorney-client relationship, which relationship may only be created by signing an engagement letter to hire attorney, all information provided during the consultation will remain strictly confidential.
